Council to Hold Free Electronic Waste Recycling Event

The Neighborhood Association Council, the association that all of the Neighborhood Associations throughout the City of San Bernardino fall under, will host an electronic recycling event on Saturday, July 12th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will be held at the Knights of Columbus parking lot, 2392 Western Ave. The parking lot is across the street and a little north of the CHP Office which is located at the corner of Highland Avenue and Western Avenue just west of the 215 freeway. The type of items accepted are: televisions, monitors, computers, laptops, cell phones, stereo equipment, cable boxes, DVD players, VCRs, cords, wires, cables, adapters, printers, cameras, fax machines, keyboards and power tools. This event is a fund raising project. Every pound of e-waste collected for recycling will help benefit the Neighborhood Association Council.
