In observance of National Library Week April 13-19, patrons are encouraged to visit one or more of the San Bernardino Public Libraries, either in person or virtually, as SBPL offers various information resources to its library cardholders via the library web page at www.sbpl.org. These information databases aren’t available on the general Internet.
One of the library’s most popular resources is eBooks and audio books offered by Overdrive. The Overdrive subscription and new monthly content is provided by the San Bernardino City Library Foundation.
“We greatly appreciate the considerable generosity of our Library Foundation in continuing our Overdrive subscription and providing new content on a monthly basis to our library cardholders during these times of economic challenges for our city,” said SBPL Acting Library Director Ed Erjavek. “We’re very pleased to offer this service to our patrons and especially encourage them to take advantage of our services in person or virtually during National Library Week.”
