A suspect who tied up and robbed two elderly victims while inside their residence in the city of San Bernardino back in March 2013, has been arrested. The suspect, Treasure Bright (Felix Alejos), was identified after a lengthy and thorough investigation was conducted. Physical evidence which was recovered from the scene led to the identification of Bright. The San Bernardino Police Department's Violent Crime Task Force in conjunction with the FBI's Inland Regional Apprehension Team, located Bright and returned him to San Bernardino. Bright was processed in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Feb. 12. The District Attorney's Office has filed charges.
In the 20 months that the city's Violent Crime Task Force was in operation, the team was responsible for the recovery of 511 firearms, and the arrest of 340 suspects.
