Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional, for drizzling)
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Brussels Sprouts: Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Make the Garlic Parmesan Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Coat Brussels Sprouts: Pour the garlic Parmesan mixture over the Brussels sprouts and toss until the sprouts are well coated.
