The victim was transported via ambulance to Loma Linda University Medical Center in critical condition. Police said that preliminary investigation showed the victim had been temporarily living inside the vacant building and that witnesses reported only seeing an unknown male subject shoot the victim before fleeing the scene. There is not yet any further information on the reason for the shooting and the shooter has not yet been identified. Anyone with information on this incident may contact Det.
