ALL>> As a board member of The Unforgettables Foundation, I have had the privilege of watching the growth of the foundation flourish throughout the years as the foundation has provided services to many families. The Unforgettables Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded by Tim Evans in 1999. During a decade of clinical ministry to children and their families, Evans assisted families with the many crises surrounding the death of a child-not the least of which are the crushing financial burdens experienced by families with limited resources. Assisted by Inland Empire educators, medical professionals, social workers and morticians, Evans created The Unforgettables Foundation. Paramount among aspects of the Foundation’s mission is to assist low-income families provide a dignified, appropriate burial for their children who have died. I have been a part of the foundation for a number of years and it has been my deepest honor to be a part of the caring organization that serves others. Losing a child is an inexpressible and immeasurable experience that I cannot even imagine. In a time where all you can do is try to bring comfort to the parents who have lost a child, this foundation seeks to alleviate some of the stress and heartache. During an intimate gathering Thursday, Dec. 1 at the Burrage Mansion in Redlands, Evans thanked those who have helped be part of the team in the past and the present. He thanked current and former board members, volunteers and donors for their contributions to the great cause. The Unforgettables is expanding into other geographic areas and if you would like more information about the foundation, please contact the office at (909) 335-1600.
