San Bernardino police were able to locate a man who had gone missing more than 12 hours earlier on Sept. 5.

San Bernardino police on Sept. 5 located a Moreno Valley man after he went missing earlier that day.
Fuller had been missing for approximately 12 hours before he was located by police, walking on Foothill Boulevard between Meridian and Pepper avenues in San Bernardino.
Keith Alphonso Fuller, 70, who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease, accompanied his daughter-in-law to an appointment on the 1500 block of North D Street in San Bernardino on Sept. 5. A police statement says that Fuller wandered from the lobby of the business while his daughter-in-law was at her appointment.
Fuller was unharmed and then released to his family members.
