On Thursday, August 15, 2019, Detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Crimes Against Children Division, investigated Perry Wiseman for possession and distribution of child pornography. Wiseman is an employee of the San Bernardino City Unified School District. His current assignment is as an assistant superintendent with non-instructional administrative duties, with limited student interactions. The images investigated appear to have been sourced from the internet and do not appear to be students of the district.

Wiseman was arrested on Friday, August 16, 2019. He was booked at Central Detention Center for possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography. He is scheduled for arraignment on August 20, 2019 and his bail is set at $100,000.
