Suspect Identified in 2014 Shooting

On March 24, 2014, at about 8:23, members of the San Bernardino Police Department responded to a shooting near Arrowhead and Virginia. During the incident, Jason Taylor was killed and Jessica Bradford was injured. One of the shooters was identified as Elizabeth Ballard. The District Attorney’s office filed charges of PC 187 (Murder) against Ballard and a warrant was issued for her arrest. In the afternoon hours of Sept. 22, 2015, members of the SBSO RFTF arrested Ballard in the city of San Bernardino for the outstanding warrant.
