Update: Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. SAN BERNARDINO>> Autopsies were conducted. Both deaths were determined to be suicides. Investigators have been unable to identify Thanh Lang, 50 years old, and Nhu Ly’s, 50 years old, next of kin and are seeking help from the public. Anyone with information regarding this investigation is urged to contact Detective Michael Warrick or Sergeant Greg Myler, Homicide Detail (909) 387-3589. Callers wishing to remain anonymous are urged to call the We-Tip Hotline at 1-800-78CRIME (27463), or you may leave information on the We-Tip website at www.wetip.com Posted Feb. 23. 2017: On Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at approximately 5:11 a.m., deputies from the Central Station responded to the parking structure of the San Manuel Casino following the report of two unresponsive persons located inside a vehicle. Upon arrival, deputies located an adult male and an adult female with apparent gunshot wounds; both were pronounced deceased, according to the news release. Investigators from the Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division, Homicide Detail, responded to the location to conduct the investigation. The news release states autopsies will be conducted to determine manner and cause of death and that investigators are not looking for any outstanding suspects. The victims names have been withheld pending identification and next of kin notification. Anyone with information regarding this investigation is urged to contact Detective Michael Warrick or Sergeant Greg Myler, Homicide Detail (909) 387-3589.
