The Student Records Department for the San Bernardino City Unified School District is located at 1535 W. Highland Avenue in San Bernardino. Parents or guardians of children under 18 years old may request copies of their child’s school transcripts from the District’s Student Records Department. Students transferring to other school districts should have the new schools request the transcripts. The types of records that Student Records may be able to provide include the following: • Attendance Records • Enrollment History Records • Immunization Records • Transcripts (official and unofficial) Although duplicate diplomas are not provided, a former student can request an official or unofficial transcript. The transcript will state the graduation date of a student if the student met the graduation requirements. Records may be requested by fax, mail, e-mail, regular mail or in person at the Student Records Office. Records requested can take up to five business days to process. Adults who previously attended District schools and need copies of their school transcripts for college admissions, job applications, or any other reason are encouraged to visit www.sbcusd.com/studentrecords or call the Student Records Department at 909-880-6615 before visiting the office.
