Sons of the American Legion Holds Installation Ceremony

COLTON>> This is Sons of the American Legion installation of officers ceremony held at Post 155 for the upcoming 2017-2018 year. The Cut Above pin presentation was for an outstanding year for the American Legion Child Welfare Foundation for raising $13,000.00 for the 2016-2017 fiscal year. The newly installed officers are as follows:

  • John Mejia Commander
  • Steve Mestas, 1st Vice Commander
  • Robert Mejia, 2nd Vice Commander
  • Frank Navarro, Finance Officer
  • Mario Castorena. Adjutant
  • Raymond Sandoval, Chaplin
  • Jaime Romero, Historian
  • Edward Gonzales Sgt at Arms

John Meija, C&Y Chairman, had this to say of the event, "If you want to go fast you go alone, if you want to go far you go together."
