The tournament will be hosted by the City of Moreno Valley at the Conference and Recreation Center, located at 14075 Frederick St. in Moreno Valley. The tournament will match teams from numerous cities in San Bernardino and Riverside counties as they compete to see who has the best team in the Inland Empire.
