The Capacity Contiuum Project facilitation will be for a contract period of three (3) fiscal years beginning Oct. 23 through June 30, 2017.

Successful applicant(s) should have strong knowledge of systems and programs serving children 0-5 and their families. Additionally, applicants should possess the administrative and fiscal capability to provide and manage the proposed services and to ensure an adequate audit trail, while meeting other presentation and participation requirements listed in the request for qualifications.
