Trinity Full Gospel Church in San Bernardino hosted a harvest festival over the weekend, presenting food, jump houses, booths of merchandise, and live music to visitors. Pastor Bob Howard explained of the church’s inspiration to host the event, “It has been a desire to reach out to the community and get to know one another with free gifts and entertainment during the harvest festival, and spreading the gospel at the same time.” Special guest performers The Tomes Brothers, a San Bernardino-based country gospel music and ministry band, played songs of worship as the community began to pour into the Trinity Full Gospel Church to enjoy the festivities. Liz Reed and her daughter Kathy Best shared a booth table filled with home-baked chocolate cookies, fresh strawberries and grapes, and also crisp vegetables like carrots and celery. Hand-crafted painted aprons which had pictures of the cartoon pet detective Scooby-Doo, and Disney’s Mickey and Minnie Mouse, were created and put on display. Liz Reed, a member of Trinity Full Gospel Church had stated, “This is a great event and I am enjoying the harvest festival very much!” Diana Comstock, who had a display of various gifts on her table booth named Diana’s Gift Boutique, said, “I am here to support my church and to have some fun today.” Members and prayer warriors of the Trinity Full Gospel Church, Clarice Conrad and Connie Sooger had also set up a prayer table during the harvest festival for any who were in need of prayer. Clarice Conrad stated, “It is always a blessing to be here and enjoy something like this that the church has put together and I am grateful to be a part of it, praying for anyone who needs prayer.”
