On September 27, 2017, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Deputy R. Cobbs, from the Sheriff's Central Station, responded to a location in San Bernardino following the report of an inappropriate relationship with a minor. The victim advised the deputy that she had been touched inappropriately by a family member. The suspect was identified as Rodolfo Arispe of San Bernardino. Arispe was arrested for PC 647.6 Annoying and Molesting a Child and booked into West Valley Detention Center.
