Dignity Health - Community Hospital of San Bernardino (CHSB) proudly announces the Children's Subacute Center has received a 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This top-tier rating reflects the center’s exceptional performance across various quality measures, including patient safety and experience.

“This 5-star rating is a testament to our unwavering commitment to patient-centered care,” said June Collison, Hospital President. “We prioritize the well-being of every patient we serve, ensuring an environment where their unique needs are met with compassion and clinical excellence.”

The Children's Subacute Center specializes in providing comprehensive subacute-level care for children, bridging the gap between hospital and home. Collison added, “The quality of our program for children requiring specialized subacute care is a source of immense pride. This recognition from CMS validates our dedication to delivering the highest standards of care to medically fragile patients and their families.”

The CMS Star Ratings are designed to help patients and families compare hospitals based on standardized quality measures, making this 5-star achievement a significant benchmark for the Children's Subacute Center.
