The San Bernardino Public Library is now offering free online access to complete digital magazine copies. Magazines are available to download for free from the library’s website, www.sbpl.org. Readers may use San Bernardino Public Library cards and a smart phone, tablet or personal computer to gain access to over 100 publications that include ESPC, Us Weekly, Newsweek, Rolling Stone, Martha Stewart Living, PC World and more. First-time users will need to create a user name and password to access the Zinio site, and will then have unlimited access to full digital copies of Zinio’s magazine collection, available via computer or mobile devices. This collection has no holds, no checkout periods, and no limit to the number of magazines that may be downloaded. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Because the content is digital, the digital magazines will never need to be returned and are never overdue. "We’re pleased to offer yet another resource that is available to our library cardholders with Internet access whenever and wherever,” said Library Director Ed Erjavek. The library is also offering library card holders a Classic Title eCollection through One Click Digital. The collection offers 200 eAudiobook classic titles for download or streaming on PCs, eReaders and mobile devices. To find both of these services, and many others, click “Information Resources” on the library's home page and then click on “Information Databases." For more information on using our digital resources or about getting a library card, call 909-381-8221.
