San Bernardino Police are conducting a homicide investigation following a shooting on Friday night. Officers responded to 1125 North Mayfield Avenue just after 09:18 pm for a shooting. When officers arrived, they found the victim suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased. Homicide detectives responded and conducted an investigation. Detectives are attempting to identify a suspect and are asking for assistance from the community.
