We invite you to join us at our annual International Men’s Day (IMD) event on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at the San Bernardino High School, Cafeteria.

International Men’s Day (IMD), recognized on November 19th, is a worldwide event, celebrating the positive value that men bring to the world, their families, and communities. It is a time to highlight positive role models and raise awareness of men’s experiences and well-being.

This year’s theme is “Zero Male Suicide”. IMD encourages men to teach the young men in their lives the values, character, and responsibilities of being a man. Mahatma Gandhi said, “We must become the change we seek.”

This is a free event targeting men and young boys of every nationality in our community. The program includes:

  1. History of International Men’s Day
  2. Recognizing the Challenges of Men
  3. Recognizing the Importance of Men’s Health and Wellness, which includes:
  • Mental Health and Wellness
  • Physical Health and Wellness
  • Social Health and Wellness
  • Spiritual Health and Wellness

If you or your organization is interested in volunteering at this worthy event or helping by sponsorship, please contact us directly at (909) 567-9508.

We look forward to you joining us at this year's International Men's Day.

Please register here today, share this invite, and bring your family!
