Investigators from the San Bernardino Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, and the San Bernardino Police Department Specialized Crimes Unit of the Detective Bureau, served a search warrant at the Anthony Cumming's residence in San Bernardino as part of an on-going Child Pornography investigation. The investigation began through a cyber tip tracked to an IP address in San Bernardino.
