Description: Join us for Joshua Home’s Annual Out & About Back-to-School Bash — a vibrant, family-friendly event uplifting LGBTQIA2S+ youth and students across the Inland Empire. This free event provides youth ages 12+ with gently worn clothes, shoes, and backpacks filled with essentials. The first 60 registered youth will also receive a brand-new pair of shoes! The Kid Zone will include goody bags, face painting, and fun pre-owned toys and books for little ones. Families will enjoy music, snacks, and access to valuable community resource booths. Proudly sponsored by IEHP in partnership with the Community Health Worker Program of RSBCIHI, this event is made possible with the support of dedicated community partners. At our last event, we served nearly 150 youth, including several families experiencing homelessness, and welcomed dozens of volunteers. We’re excited to build on that impact and create an even bigger celebration of joy, connection, and community care in the City of Colton.
